Core workouts

Your core muscles are essential in stabalising your torso to support your back and allow efficient transfer of power from your working muscles to movement (ie, your leg power to running speed).  Core training should be incorporated into all workouts.  Here are a few specific sessions to get your core and abdominals really working

Intermediate

Always take the time to stretch after a work out
