Workouts (Intermediate)

When you feel the beginner workouts are providing a sufficient challenge, why not try these?  Stepping up the demand and intensity of the exercises but staying with the same principles.

Three workouts are given so you can vary your training so you can get the most out of it.  For example, you can do one on the first week, and change each week, or do one of each every week.  It is up to you how you put them together to keep it interesting and challenging for you.

Don't forget to warm up before beginning any workout (why?)
