Warming Up

All workouts should start off with a warm up.  Have a look here for why I think they are important.

Here are a couple of quick warm ups that I put together with Champion you can use.  The first is a standard warm up for intermediate to advanced workouts, and there is also an introductory warm up for beginners to try out as well.
